Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data Dymaxel [legal entity to be confirmed by counsel] holds about OIntelligence customers and why.

What we hold

• Your account: e-mail address, name, company, country and the Paddle customer identifiers for your account.
• Your installations: the technical identifiers listed on our security page. These contain no records from your Odoo.
• Your dashboard definitions.

What we do not hold

Card details, invoices and tax records are held by Paddle, the merchant of record, under its own privacy policy. The website uses no analytics and no third-party scripts outside checkout.

Retention

After a subscription ends we keep the account and dashboard definitions for 12 months, so that a reactivation restores your dashboards. After that the definitions are deleted and the account is anonymised.
