Your rows never leave your Odoo.
Every query runs in your database as the person viewing the dashboard, with their record rules and companies. Here is the full list of what the module sends us.
What the module sends us
- Your licence key and the instance token issued at activation.
- The database's identifier, creation date and whether it's a neutralised copy.
- The Odoo base URL; the Odoo, Python and module versions; the edition and the build.
- The technical names of installed modules.
- The licence agreement version you accepted.
- For the builder: numeric Odoo user ids and their role, language and timezone codes, and dashboard identifiers.
What it never sends
- Record values, record names, counts, totals or any query result.
- User names, e-mail addresses, company names or attachments.
- Logs, stack traces or your database secret.
Dashboard definitions
We store the models, fields, labels and filters you choose, and sticky-note text. Values you type into a filter are stored with the definition, and the builder says so next to every such field. Records you pick are stored as ids only.
Signed plans
The module runs only query plans signed by our service. A plan can never show anyone more than they could already read in Odoo, so your data security doesn't depend on ours.
Payments
Paddle is the merchant of record. Card details, invoices and tax records stay with Paddle; we never see or store card data.
