When am I charged?

At the end of the 14-day trial, then every month or year. Nothing is charged at sign-up.

Can I switch from monthly to annual?

Yes, from your account once your subscription is active. The change is prorated.

Who handles payment and tax?

Paddle.com is our reseller and merchant of record. They take payment, add any VAT or sales tax, and issue invoices. We never see your card details.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of the paid period. Your Odoo data is untouched. If you come back, your licence, databases and dashboards return with you.
