Terms of service

These terms govern your use of OIntelligence, a subscription service for Odoo 19 sold by Dymaxel [legal entity name, registered address and company number to be confirmed by counsel] ("we", "us").

Who sells to you

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The service

A subscription covers one production Odoo database and 2 test databases, the module build we prepare for you, the hosted dashboard builder, the starter templates and updates during the subscription.

Trial, billing and cancellation

A 14-day free trial converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel before then. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our refund policy.

The module

Your use of the module is governed by the end-user licence agreement.
